Do I have to sign up to attend a specific class?
We do require that you sign up for the Essentials class and scheduled workshops. However, once you've attended Essentials and have purchased some form of ongoing membership, you can attend any other class of your choosing without having to sign up ahead of time.

Is this a gym? Do you have workout machines?
Yes, this is an indoor gym. But, no, we don't have any other "workout machines". We instead make use of tools that have been used for ages to help develop toned, lean, and athletic physiques. These tools require the use of multiple muscle groups, stability, balance, and momentum. They provide for almost as much mental as physical stimulation during the workouts and make the time spent training seem to fly by. Our main tools of choice are kettlebells and our own body weight (e.g. push-ups, pull-ups, etc), although we do also have some barbells, Olympic rings, suspension trainers, jump ropes, Indian clubs, and medicine balls.

How often should I train with kettlebells?
Some of our clients have achieved measurable results by training with kettlebells as little as two times per week, but there are also others who train four to six days per week. It's all a matter of how quickly you want to see results and how much time you have to devote to training. Like anything else, the more energy you put into kettlebell training, the more you'll get out of it.

Do you provide kettlebells, or do I need to purchase and bring my own?
We provide all of the kettlebells that will be needed for class. We have sizes ranging from 4 kg (about 9 lbs) up to 48 kg (about 106 lbs). We also have some available for purchase if you wish to train outside of class time.

Kettlebell training sounds great! How do I get started?
Sign up for the Essentials class. This class is designed as a one-time introduction to kettlebell training. No prior workout experience is necessary, but an open mind and a willingness to learn is required!

What types of memberships do you offer?
We offer drop-in and punch card options as well as two different monthly memberships based on frequency of attendance. With the monthly options, discounts are given for each subsequent family member. Punch cards can be used by multiple family members, but no discount is given for this option.

How much should I expect to spend per class or per month?
The cost for attending Essentials or dropping into a class is $20. Other memberships range from $50-100 per month, depending on how frequently you attend class. Discounts are given for couples and families.

The best way to have all of your questions answered is to sign up for an Essentials class. We'll answer the most commonly asked questions during class as well as leave time afterward to answer any other questions you may have. And, of course, we can answer some of the simpler questions via email or phone when you contact us to reserve your spot.
