We use this handy timer in all of our classes. It's easy to use, durable, and is essential for keeping us on schedule. If you own your own kettlebell, do yourself a favor and buy a Gymboss as well. It'll help you to get the most out of your workouts!

If you already own a kettlebell and a Gymboss, buy Enter The Kettlebell and learn how to perform the basic kettlebell exercises correctly. It will improve the odds that the time spent with your kettlebell will change your life in a positive way (as opposed to a way that sucks). It will also help you reach your goals faster... If you're using your kettlebell like you use a dumbbell or barbell, you're going to get the same results. But if you use your kettlebell the way it SHOULD be used (in other words... like a kettlebell), results will come faster than you can imagine.
