Essentials is an introductory, one-time class for anyone interested in learning more about kettlebell training. Learn proper form and techniques for kettlebell exercises. Come if you're seeking variety in your current workout routine or if you've recently made a commitment to change your lifestyle and improve your health. Current members looking to introduce a friend to the benefits of kettlebell training are also welcome. You must attend this one-time class first before attending any others. * Please call or email to reserve your spot in Essentials.
** Cost for this class is $15. If you decide to purchase a monthly membership or a multi-session pass, the $15 will be credited towards your purchase.Available Times:

Bam! This aggressive class is similar to Incinerator, but kicked up a notch. If you're having trouble breaking the plateau of weight loss or looking to reach that next level of fitness, this class is for you. Prepare to be challenged head to toe, as this class will work every muscle in your body (maybe even ones you didn't know you had)!
